Purchasing of Goods
Our purchasing system is designed to be quick, simple and secure. Before placing your order please ensure that:
1) You have selected the correct item including style (adults/kids/home/away/3rd).
2) You have selected the correct size (all sizes are EUR sizes, if you want US sizes mention that in the comments during your order). Please be aware that a full refund (shirt + shipping) will not be accepted for incorrect sizes ordered.
3) You are aware of the expected delivery days (2-14 after the reception of the tracking code)
4) You are aware of the quality of our jerseys (see FAQ)
If you choose for International Normal shipping your item will arrive in 2-14 days after receiving the tracking code.
For ‘more developed’ countries such as the UK, USA, France, Holland, Belgium etc. the items usually arrive after 15 days.
If you live in a country such as Bahrain, Sweden, Italy, Ireland your item will arrive after 20 days. Please allow us a maximum of 4 business days to prepare your order.
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will assist you as far as possible under the following conditions;
1) You contact our RB JERSEYS team to explain the reason for return.
2) A solution will be given to you within 24 hours of receipt and may include one of the following;
• A full refund providing the reason for return is deemed genuine and the purchase is returned and signed upon receipt. The returns postage will be paid in full by the sender unless agreed otherwise by RB JERSEYS.
• A full refund of the shirt(s) ordered providing the reason for refund is deemed genuine by RB JERSEYS.
Shirts cannot be refunded after the tags have been removed.
Shirts with printing on the back or with patches cannot be returned nor replaced. RB JERSEYS is not responsible for peeling numbers after the tags have been removed.
++Please note RB JERSEYS will not be held responsible for player number changes, sponsor changes and also font style change for new shirts.
Unavailability of Stock
Although every care is taken in the updating and maintenance of the rb-jerseys.com online store, products ordered that are unavailable will be treated with the following;
1) You will be contacted and given an approximate date of delivery, with the decision of acceptance being solely under the buyers discretion.
2) You will be contacted and offered a full and instant refund.
When purchasing from the rb-jerseys.com online store, you will be automatically registered onto our mailing list. This means;
1) You have given acceptance for your email address to be used for our monthly Newsletter.
2) You have given acceptance for your email to be used for special promotions offered by rb-jerseys.com
In the case of an order being intercepted by customs RB JERSEYS will send a replacement order. If the replacement order is intercepted by customs then it is at the responsibility of the customer to accept the loss.
Why did you receive an email from us?
If you received a mailing from us, (a) your email address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future (“opt-in”), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings. (c) you subscribed to the mailing list of one of our partners;

Sharing and Usage
We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.
How can you stop receiving email from us?
Each email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us, or to change your expressed interests. If you wish to do this, simply follow the instructions at the end of any email.
If you have received unwanted, unsolicited email sent via this system or purporting to be sent via this system, please forward a copy of that email with your comments to email@example.com for review.

Anti Spam Policy
Abuse Policy – Zero Tolerance
Sending email to people who have not specifically requested it is “spam”. RB JERSEYS accounts may not to be used to spam! Spamming is a serious offense that we do not permit.
Abusive Usage Includes:
Sending email to people who have not specifically requested information from you.
You may not use email lists that are purchased, rented, leased, or in any way bought from a third party.
Batching or in any way trying to script the addition of new subscribers to the web form subscribe methods.
Sending unsolicited email thru third parties that then references an account here either in the email or on a landing page of a website.
Newsgroup or discussion forum postings to off topic newsgroups that prohibit those types of posts.
Service Agreement Violations:
Concerning spam, the AWeber Systems, Inc. Service Agreement reads:
“Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, using an email address, URL that is maintained on an AWeber Systems machine, or directing traffic to a web page that contains any reference to AWeber Systems is STRICTLY prohibited. RB JERSEYS will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. This action WILL RESULT in immediate termination of your account without refund. Any service interruptions as a result of subscribers spamming will be billed to the subscriber at $50.00 per hour until service is restored. Subscriber will also be in violation of the AWeber Systems Service Agreement and subject to legal action.”
RB JERSEYS Zero Tolerance Policy:
If any account is reported or caught violating these terms of service it will be immediately terminated. The customer will not be issued a refund, and will not be given access to any data in the terminated account.
The images used for the website rb-jerseys.com are not all taken ourselves and may come from the internet. If a certain picture of you is used, please contact us and we’ll remove it.

If you have received an unsolicited e-mail from a RB JERSEYS account, tell us. Forward the message you received, including the mail headers, to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include a note letting us know that the message is spam, and that you did not specifically request to receive information from the sender.
